Log ins and Sign ups

  1. Existing members

  • Why won't my log in work?

Have you used the right email address? You need to make sure that you use the same email address to sign into the website as when you applied to be a member. Otherwise, you will create two accounts. If you're not sure email is attached to your account, please get in contact with Eve HERE.

If you are signing in as a member of a group, please contact your group coordinator for your group login details. If you are the coordinator and are unsure of your login details, please get in contact with Eve HERE

  • I just tried to log in with the same email and password, and it didn't work, so I tried the reset password, and nothing happened.

Firstly, please have a look in your junk or spam for your password reset email. If it isn't there, please let our staff know as we can assist you in resetting your password.

    2. New Members

  • I have created an account for the website, but I can't view some sections, ie the Landcare Expertise Exchange and the Knowledge Hub.

These parts of the website are for WALN members. Signing up is quick and easy and will give you access to these invaluable resources.

  • Have you recently applied to be a member and still don't have access to the members section of the website?

Have you received your welcome email from our Members Services Manager Eve? Once you have received this, then you will be able to access the members only areas of the website. This internal process will take between 3 -5 days to complete.

   3. Setting up your group page

  • I have put our logo on our member profile picture, but is there a way to add a couple more pictures to our public profile?

While we don't have this option currently, this may be available in the future.

  • I have sent through a resource, and I can't see it on the website

When you submit a resource, it needs to be reviewed and approved before it is published.

  • I have created a community event, and I can't see it on the website. 

When you create a community event, it needs to be published before it can be seen on the website.
